Paid leave: days earned by seniority

Labour Code article 231: 1.5 days per month of service, so 18 days a year, plus 1.5 days for each full 5 years of seniority, up to 30 days. The cap is reached at 40 years.

Notes. Days are working days. Public holidays falling during leave are not counted. A collective agreement or company rule may provide a more generous regime. The calculator uses the adult rate: employees under 18 accrue 2 days a month, 24 a year (article 231).
