To support our growth and innovation strategy, we are looking for a PMO - Technology & Innovation to drive and support innovation initiatives within our engineering environment. This role combines two key missions

1. Promoting Innovation Culture
•       Develop and foster an innovation mindset within the engineering teams, particularly in the mechanical and physics departments.
•       Identify and integrate emerging technology trends relevant to the departments activities.
•       Organize workshops, events, and training sessions to encourage teams to adopt innovative approaches.
2. Managing Innovation Projects & Prototyping
•       Oversee and coordinate innovation projects from the initial idea to final implementation.
•       Work closely with teams to design, develop, and test prototypes.
•       Coordinate innovation activities with internal and external stakeholders (clients, technology partners, startups, etc.).
•       Implement monitoring indicators to evaluate project impact and progress.
•       Serve as the primary contact to align innovation initiatives with the companys strategic objectives.
Profile & Skills
•       Education: Masters degree (Bac+5) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar) or Innovation Management.
•       Experience: 4 to 5 years in innovation project management or as a PMO, ideally in an industrial, technological, or R&D environment.
•       Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical fundamentals (automotive, aerospace, etc.), innovation processes, and project management tools.
•       Technological Expertise: 3D Printing / GenAI / AR-VR / Robotics / Digital Twin / Product Design / Multiphysics Simulation.
